By booking a tee time or participating in any activities at Mission Hills Golf Course (“the Course”), you (“the Player”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our facilities, including the 18-hole Executive Par 3 Golf Course, 9-hole Footgolf Course, 9-hole Disc Golf Course, 3-hole Mini Mission, driving range, and related amenities.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Tee Time Reservations: All tee times must be booked through the Course’s official booking system (via missionhillsgolf.ca, Chronogolf, or by calling (250) 489-3009). Tee times are subject to availability.1.2. Payment: Full payment of green fees and any additional services (e.g., cart rentals, driving range) is required at the time of booking or upon check-in. Prices are subject to change and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.1.3. Group Bookings: Groups of 8 or more players must contact the Course directly to arrange tee times and may be subject to additional deposit requirements. 1.4. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for a reserved tee time without prior cancellation may result in a charge of the full green fee.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee or no refund, at the Course’s discretion. 2.2. Weather-Related Cancellations: The Course reserves the right to close or delay play due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. In such cases, players may reschedule their tee time or receive a refund, subject to availability. Refunds are not guaranteed for partial play due to weather. 2.3. Non-Refundable Items: Memberships, flex passes, and gift cards are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Player Conduct and Course Rules

3.1. Dress Code: Players must wear appropriate golf attire, including collared shirts and non-metal spike shoes. Denim, gym shorts, and tank tops are not permitted. 3.2. Pace of Play: Players are expected to maintain a reasonable pace of play (approximately 2 hours for 9 holes). Groups falling behind may be asked to skip holes or allow faster groups to play through.3.3. Course Etiquette: Players must repair divots, rake bunkers, and fix ball marks on greens. Respect for other players, staff, and Course property is mandatory. 3.4. Alcohol Policy: Only alcohol purchased at the Course’s licensed Birdies Kitchen & Bar or Ruby’s Back Nine Roadhouse and Pub may be consumed on the premises. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.3.5. Supervision of Minors: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Free play for children with a paying adult is subject to Course discretion.

4. Safety and Liability

4.1. Player Responsibility: Golf is an outdoor activity with inherent risks. Players assume all risks associated with playing, including but not limited to personal injury and even death, property damage, or loss caused by uneven terrain, wildlife, or errant golf shots. 4.2. Course Conditions: The Course strives to maintain excellent conditions but is not liable for injuries or damages due to natural hazards, weather, or course maintenance activities.4.3. Cart Usage: Power carts and pull carts must be operated safely and parked in designated areas. Drivers must be 16 or older with a valid driver’s license. Damage to carts caused by misuse will be charged to the Player.4.4. Personal Belongings: The Course is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including golf clubs, bags, or vehicles parked on the premises.

5. Facility Usage

5.1. Public Access: Mission Hills Golf Course is open to the public, operating daily from 8:00 AM (first tee time) to 7:30 PM (last 9-hole tee time), subject to seasonal changes.5.2. Driving Range: Use of the driving range requires purchase of a bucket of balls. Players must follow posted safety guidelines and hit from designated areas only.5.3. Events and Tournaments: The Course reserves the right to host private events or tournaments, which may limit public access to certain facilities. Advance notice will be provided where possible. 5.4. Restaurant and Patio: Food and beverage services are available at Birdies Kitchen & Bar. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for water or medically necessary items.

6. Intellectual Property and Media

6.1. Photography and Video: By playing at the Course, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Such media may be used on the Course’s website, social media, or marketing materials without compensation. 6.2. Website and Branding: All content on missionhillsgolf.ca is the property of Mission Hills Golf Course and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Termination of Access

7.1. The Course reserves the right to refuse service or remove any Player who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior, or damages Course property. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Amendments

9.1. Mission Hills Golf Course reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on missionhillsgolf.ca.
